Tree Song & Yoga Nidra (for adults)
About the day
Sing and Rest with the Trees
Join Anna and River in the beautiful Ashdown Forest for a profoundly nourishing and restorative day, exploring our connection with the woodlands and all that they offer us.
The day will include a musical walk through the woods, sharing songs in celebration of the trees and other woodland life; a hearty lunch around a wood fire; sensory work with the trees, and a ‘tree nidra’ supported journey of deep rest, before completing with a sharing circle.
The day will be held lovingly by Anna Richardson and River Jones of OBOD (Order of Bards & Druids). Between them, Anna and River have many years experience of working with people and trees. They love singing together, and have shared many wonderful magical and musical adventures in the woods.
